Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct mental health assessments to diagnose a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans in conjunction with a team of healthcare providers.

• Provide crisis intervention services and address emergent mental health issues with effective, evidence-based strategies.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with medical/legal standards and organizational protocols.

• Engage in case management including triaging, making referrals, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals and outside agencies.

• Consult regularly with colleagues regarding treatment plans, contributing to a collaborative care model that enhances patient outcomes.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to further organizational goals and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with adults and children who present a wide array of mental health needs, from crisis situations requiring immediate intervention to ongoing therapeutic support for chronic conditions. Your clients may include individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship conflicts, and other mental health difficulties. Your personalized approach will be key in fostering trust and promoting recovery within this diverse population.

Qualifications\n

• A valid independent mental health license in the state of residence (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually.
