Key Responsibilities

• Educate and empower patients on recovery strategies, home exercise programs, and preventive care techniques to enhance their health outcomes.
• Document patient progress meticulously using EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to ensure seamless continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaboratively engage with healthcare providers—such as physicians and occupational therapists—to create multidisciplinary care strategies for optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss treatment efficacy and modify approaches based on feedback and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
