Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy strategies for a diverse clientele.

• Deliver evidence-supported therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting your approach based on specific needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical practices.

• Collaborate with peers and healthcare professionals to create integrated care plans that address clients’ mental health needs.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to enhance your skills and remain informed about advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• A deep understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
