Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, utilizing a telehealth model that prioritizes patient convenience and accessibility. Our team employs various technologies to deliver high-quality care while maintaining the warmth and connection that personal interactions bring. You will work flexible hours, meeting with clients Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, adapting your schedule as needed to accommodate patient requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of patients to establish their individual therapeutic needs and goals.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Provide individual counseling sessions utilizing motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to facilitate client engagement and enhance coping strategies.

• Lead group therapy sessions that foster peer support and encourage sharing of experiences among clients on their recovery journeys.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and addiction specialists to ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention during substance-related emergencies, ensuring client safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their family members about addiction, effective recovery strategies, and available community resources, promoting a deeper understanding of their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Bright Rehab, you will primarily work with adults facing substance use disorders. Our diverse client base includes individuals from various backgrounds, each with unique recovery challenges ranging from mild substance use issues to severe addiction cases. Your role will essential in providing empathetic support, building rapport, and fostering resilience as clients work towards long-term recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• Demonstrated understanding of substance use disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bright Rehab offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
