Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, integrating clinical interviews and psychological assessments to generate accurate diagnoses.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's specific goals and circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness practices.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, effectively de-escalating situations and ensuring client safety.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and assessment outcomes in accordance with ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and pediatricians, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment modalities, and community support resources, encouraging informed participation in their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
