Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring an ethical, compassionate approach to mental health care.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment techniques to address each client's unique needs effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at CRM Counseling, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults, addressing a variety of mental health concerns. Our clientele typically presents with conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress management issues, and relationship challenges. It is through your expertise and support that we aim to equip individuals with the skills necessary for lifelong mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, including but not limited to: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of a current, state-issued mental health counseling license, allowing you to practice independently in Oregon. Accepted licenses include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
• Psychologist (PsyD)
\n
\n
• No limited/provisional licenses or history of disciplinary actions are accepted.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural aptitude for empathy and understanding.

• Proficient in computer literacy, with access to a reliable computer equipped with webcam and audio functionalities for virtual sessions.

• Strong and dependable internet connection to ensure smooth video conferencing.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome licensed candidates from diverse backgrounds, experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with solution-focused therapies would be advantageous.
