Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Thrive Wellbeing, you will:

• Engage directly with clients experiencing mental health challenges, providing individual, group, and family therapy, both remotely and through community-based outreach.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop integrated care plans to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring timely access to both behavioral health and ancillary services.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools and ensure that all interventions are developmentally and culturally appropriate.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote holistic care by effectively communicating with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary, documenting all updates accurately and within required timelines.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, utilizing de-escalation techniques and providing urgent support to clients experiencing acute episodes.

• Drive team initiatives by contributing to committees focused on improving service delivery, outcomes, and overall client satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals facing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to severe depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and other complex psycho-social issues. Many clients come from underserved communities, requiring a compassionate and culturally competent approach. You will play a pivotal role in creating a safe environment for clients to share their experiences and seek help.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

• A valid state-level licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience working with diverse populations in a behavioral health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
