Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial consultations to establish clients’ mental health needs and history.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions regularly, utilizing both virtual and in-person formats to offer ongoing support.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, ongoing needs, and therapeutic goals.

• Employ evidence-based practices to guide counseling sessions, ensuring clients receive the most effective interventions.

• Advocate for clients by helping them identify and set realistic personal development goals, tracking their progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with a team of professionals, including addiction specialists, psychologists, and support staff, to provide integrated care and enhance the overall treatment experience.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with organizational protocols and maintain client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Thrive Collective Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
