Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with psychiatric providers to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Conducting weekly evidence-based therapy sessions through synchronous live video calls, addressing a diverse range of emotional disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.

• Maintaining and updating clinical documentation promptly through our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality care.

• Engaging in regular support and consultation with our Therapy Leadership Team, enhancing your professional development and addressing any complex case challenges.

• Formulating mental health diagnoses in accordance with DSM-5 criteria and developing comprehensive treatment plans that reflect best practice guidelines.

• Applying a variety of therapeutic models, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques during counseling sessions to facilitate effective healing.
