You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, ensuring comprehensive care delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake and psychosocial assessments to understand the needs and challenges of each client effectively.

• Develop and present tailored treatment plans during clinical case conferences, collaborating with the Clinical Driven Recovery Pathway/Special Treatment (CDRP/S) team for feedback and approval.

• Organize and lead educational lectures focusing on chemical dependency, targeting key concepts and coping strategies for affected individuals and their families.
\n
• Provide individual and group counseling services, utilizing evidence-based approaches to address chemical dependency issues and support recovery.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions for adolescents, significant others, families, and multi-family units as required, ensuring a comprehensive family therapy approach to treatment.

• Offer case management services, including helping clients navigate resources and referrals to other relevant services and support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LCSW will focus primarily on clients dealing with substance use disorders, including various facets of chemical dependency. You will provide essential support and resources for vulnerable populations, including adolescents and families affected by addiction. Your work will directly influence patient recovery trajectories and facilitate meaningful change in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work (MSW) or a related field is a prerequisite.

• Must possess a valid LCSW credential in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of relevant, supervised experience in addiction medicine therapy within the past five years is required.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your skills and expertise in the field.
