Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a current and valid license to practice independently in Oregon as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses; no disciplinary actions must be in effect.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathetic skills are essential for building relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology to conduct therapy, including familiarity with online meeting platforms and electronic health records systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, depending on hours worked and experience. Full-time counselors also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their health needs. Direct deposit is processed on a weekly basis, ensuring timely access to your earnings.
