Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status during initial consultations.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Facilitate regular virtual therapy sessions, providing tools and strategies for clients to overcome their challenges.

• Monitor clients’ progress and adapt therapeutic techniques based on their evolving needs.

• Refer clients to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or support groups, when necessary.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and treatment progress within our EHR system.

• Participate in regular case reviews to share insights and collaborate with colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and behavioral challenges. You will be expected to provide compassionate, culturally competent care, recognizing the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be essential in guiding them through their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, with a proven history of working effectively with diverse client populations.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated capability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience delivering both individual and group therapy, with a focus on culturally responsive practices, is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n
