Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health needs, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in your sessions, adapting techniques to optimize individual client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that are both accurate and in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and the highest standards of care.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals for comprehensive case management and integrated care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.
