Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of therapeutic interventions aimed at supporting our young adult clientele:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions that promote sharing and community, enabling clients to connect with one another and build supportive networks.

• Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one therapy tailored to clients' unique experiences, helping them explore their emotions and develop effective coping strategies tailored to his/her needs.

• Treatment Planning: Work collaboratively with clients to design and implement personalized treatment goals and action steps that align with their aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools to track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring measurable outcomes and goal achievement.

• Collaboration: Regularly communicate and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s treatment plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18-30 who are seeking support for various mental health issues. These may include anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
