Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $19.30 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Fri 12:00 AM - 07:00 AM, Sat 12:00 AM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or public emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, lobbies, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security‑related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe daily building activity, and report maintenance, life emergency, and/or property‑related issues. Complete routine reports and incident documentation, provide clear updates during shift handoff, and follow Allied Universal post orders and client‑directed policies. Minimum Requirements Possess a valid New York State Security Guard License. Have at least 6 months of security‑related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
