Ramsay’s Kitchen is a casually refined restaurant inspired by Michelin-starred Chef Gordon Ramsay and his global travels. Located on the historicBoylston Street inBoston, guests enjoy a fresh seasonal menu featuring iconic dishes like the Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding, alongside local favorites with a twist. We are now seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our back-of-house operations. The Sous Chef must have: The motivation and leadership skill to represent the Gordon Ramsay Brand and its world class hospitality standards Previous experience as an Sous Chef within a fine-dining restaurant Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a quality high volume restaurant A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of theHell's Kitchen levels of food quality at all times A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high performing kitchen team A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day to day running of the kitchen Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written – to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders Ability to multitask and effectively manage relationships at all levels Key Accountabilities: Be responsible for effectiveexecution of all dishes, whilst ensuring consistent presentation andguestsatisfaction in a lively restaurant and bar, interacting with guests and making each visit a memorable one!
