What You'll Do Evaluate and treat residents with temporary or long-term physical disabilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapies. Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Document progress and outcomes to measure patient success. We Are Looking For a PT With A Bachelor's, Master's degree, or DPT in Physical Therapy (required). Licensure as a PT in the state of Florida (required). One or more years of clinical experience (preferred). A passion for working with geriatric populations. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
