Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Athena's Hope, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting weekly live video sessions with clients to deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Collaborating with Brightside psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans and ensure holistic care for your clients.
\n
• Utilizing symptom self-assessments and progress tracking tools to monitor client development and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation using our intuitive therapist portal, which simplifies the documentation process.
\n
• Engaging in regular supervision and consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance your skills and ensure optimal client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be primarily on adolescents working through a variety of mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions. By providing a safe and supportive space, you will guide these young individuals through their challenges, helping them develop coping strategies and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
