Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the U.S. You will engage with patients through telehealth platforms, ensuring that care is accessible and convenient. Our technology-enabled infrastructure facilitates seamless interaction with clients, making it easier for you to focus on patient care rather than administrative burdens. Regular communication with supervisors and team members will be conducted through designated virtual meetings to ensure ongoing support and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver structured telehealth therapy throughout an 8-week evidence-based program tailored to individual patient needs.
\n
• Monitor participant progress diligently, documenting session notes, follow-up communications, and care coordination recommendations to enhance treatment outcomes.
\n
• Function collaboratively as a member of the care team, assisting participants in accessing necessary resources, obtaining consent forms, and navigating their treatment pathways.
\n
• Identify high-risk participant encounters with elevated safety concerns, responding quickly and effectively in line with company protocols.
\n
• Engage in regular meetings with clinical supervisors and contribute to monthly team meetings and Town Halls to share insights and improve service delivery.
\n
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and maintain compliance with annual training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals seeking mental health support through our innovative Telehealth platform. You will engage with diverse patients from various backgrounds, assisting them in overcoming challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Your empathetic approach and skills in evidence-based methodologies will empower these individuals to make meaningful changes in their lives and develop healthier habits.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule to provide reliable support for patients.
\n
• Clinical experience in psychotherapy, particularly utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and additional solution-focused approaches.

• A strong passion for positively impacting the lives of others and advancing the field of behavioral health care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
\n
