Enterprise CSM — Growth, Renewal & Value Realization

Userpilot

Userpilot is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts in Austin, Texas. This role involves building relationships with stakeholders and leading strategies to ensure customer adoption and retention. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Customer Success within a B2B SaaS context, along with excellent communication skills and a data-driven approach.
