Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations during initial consultations, documenting critical information from interviews to ensure accurate treatment planning.

• Design and implement detailed treatment and recovery plans for diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailored to address their unique challenges and goals.

• Facilitate effective individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques that promote healing and progress.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress throughout the treatment process, making data-driven adjustments to therapy as needed to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, psychiatrists, and social workers, to develop comprehensive intervention strategies that address clients' multidimensional needs.

• Provide ongoing follow-up for clients referred to psychiatrists or other specialists, ensuring continuity of care during transitions and hospitalization.

• Identify potential barriers to recovery and implement proactive strategies to mitigate risks, supporting clients' journeys toward sustained mental health.

• Engage with families and primary caregivers, offering support and resources to better manage mental health challenges within their dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse client base includes individuals from various backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse, and relationship issues. You will work closely with clients on a personal level, guiding them through their healing journey and fostering resilience, insight, and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas, demonstrating your qualifications to practice independently.

• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counselor Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and a commitment to ongoing education in mental health practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with best practices as outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).

Compensation and Benefits\n

You will be compensated with a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
