Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive clinical services through the development and ongoing implementation of tailored, person-centered treatment plans.

• Regularly assess clients’ treatment needs, adapting plans in response to their changing circumstances and goals.

• Assist clients in formulating individual service plans, ensuring they align with recovery milestones and community resources.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation while minimizing paperwork to focus more on client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse population of adult clients experiencing various mental health challenges. By employing a recovery-based model, you will assist individuals in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other conditions that impair their ability to thrive in a community setting. Your role will be instrumental in building therapeutic alliances that foster trust and encourage clients on their path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in areas such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current state licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) is mandatory.

• Ability to work independently and deliver direct clinical services without supervision.

• Cleansed licensure history with no reported disciplinary actions.

• Proficiency in computer skills, coupled with reliable internet connectivity to ensure seamless remote service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
