Key Responsibilities\n

• Continuously assess and respond to the evolving needs of your clients, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate open communication among team members, families, and key stakeholders to collectively review and discuss individual client progress and development.

• Maintain a detailed schedule of client appointments, home visits, and therapeutic observations to track outcomes and adhere to treatment timelines.

• Conduct home visits for observational assessments, staff interviews, and data analysis to gather comprehensive insights into client well-being.
\n
• Drive the effective implementation of treatment strategies and interventions, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
\n
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing valuable insights from your clinical observations.
\n
• Keep meticulous records, completing monthly and quarterly progress notes to ensure compliance and communication among team members.
\n
• Organize training sessions for team members to equip them with the necessary skills to implement the treatment plan efficiently.
\n
• Conduct follow-up assessments, ensuring the ongoing needs of clients are met through continuous engagement.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between the public and the mental health community to further outreach and support community mental health initiatives.

• Assist in the development of training materials aimed at enhancing service delivery and supporting individual treatment programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including adults and youth, who present varying mental health challenges. Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care will be essential as you tailor your therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
\n
• At least two years of counseling experience, ideally in clinical settings where you have employed evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with diverse populations.

• Proven capability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software and associated technologies to streamline documentation and patient care.
