Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing you to adapt your workspace to suit your personal needs while maintaining a professional standard of care. With a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, you will work primarily through telehealth platforms. While the schedule is structured, some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient appointments, particularly for those who may only be available after standard hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique background, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring alignment with behavioral health best practices.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to foster resilience and recovery in patients facing a variety of mental health concerns.

• Engage in active collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care and support.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services, equipping patients with tools and strategies to navigate their mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and community resources to promote informed choices and continuity of care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment interventions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and professional development sessions, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our practice, you will work closely with a diverse clientele, emphasizing service delivery to ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ communities, and immigrant populations. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• A solid understanding of various mental health disorders along with evidence-based treatment methods tailored for diverse populations.

• Proven track record in delivering individual and group therapy using culturally responsive therapeutic techniques.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with an ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated capacity to build strong rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions effectively.

• A commitment to upholding professional ethics, maintaining confidentiality, and setting firm boundaries.

• A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
