Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must possess a valid, unrestricted license for independent practice as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted; candidates should have no history of disciplinary action that could impact practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with clients; a sympathetic nature is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, reflective of your working hours and experience. We also offer a sign-on bonus , along with a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
