Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Harmony Haven, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, subsequently developing individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modern modalities to aid clients in their recovery journey.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client’s needs.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing knowledge and strategies to enhance the quality of care provided.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Harmony Haven Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
