Lead Software Engineer

Role SummaryLead application migration, case type reconstruction, integration modernization, and technical debt remediation activities.Key ResponsibilitiesRebuild and migrate 24+ legacy case types.Convert legacy activities into OOTB Pega rules.Convert agents to Job Schedulers and Queue Processors.Refactor custom Java implementations.Migrate SOAP services to REST APIs.Rewrite BIX extracts for cloud compatibility.Build cloud-native integrations.Support unit testing and deployment activities.Optimize application performance.Required SkillsPega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).6+ years of Pega development experience.Strong knowledge of Case Management.Experience with integrations (SOAP, REST, MQ).Experience with Pega Jobs Scheduler, Queue Processor.Experience with BIX and reporting.Java knowledge for code remediation.
