Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work environment combined with the supportive culture of our outpatient office. Our working hours are structured from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. While much of the work can be conducted remotely, you will occasionally collaborate with our clinical team in-person to provide holistic care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly residents, identifying their specific psychological and emotional needs related to aging.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions focused on addressing emotional challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and grief associated with life transitions.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and social workers, to create and implement individualized care plans aimed at improving clients' mental health outcomes.

• Educate families and staff about strategies to enhance emotional well-being and support elderly individuals in coping with their circumstances.

• Provide grief counseling and support for residents and their families dealing with end-of-life issues and bereavement.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to 95,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to new hires.
