As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Starting Point, you will be part of a collaborative team working remotely, with occasional opportunities to engage with clients at our state-of-the-art outpatient facility in Huntington Beach, California. Key Responsibilities\n

In this pivotal role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct interactive and supportive group therapy sessions, enabling clients to engage in meaningful discussions, share their experiences, and build a sense of community.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy where you’ll work closely with clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, identify coping mechanisms, and develop tailored action plans to promote their mental health and wellbeing.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans that set clear goals reflecting their unique needs and aspirations, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health care.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to evaluate clients' progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• Active LPCC licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
