Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner at Redwood Medical Services, you will have a pivotal role in the healthcare team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations to accurately diagnose patients.
• Developing, implementing, and managing individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing appropriate medications, and performing therapeutic procedures.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, facilitate referrals, and ensure continuity of care.
• Providing patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management to empower patients in their health journeys.
• Maintaining accurate, timely medical records in accordance with regulatory standards, facilitating improved patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
