Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health status, utilizing standardized tools and frameworks to gather insightful data.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Provide compassionate counseling sessions through both individual and group settings, fostering a safe space for expression and growth.

• Equip clients with coping strategies and tools to navigate their challenges effectively, while encouraging self-efficacy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and compliance standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including adults struggling with various mental health disorders such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and substance abuse issues. An understanding of cultural differences and their impact on mental health is essential, as our client base reflects a variety of backgrounds, each with unique needs and perspectives that inform their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid behavioral health license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) recognized by the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience, demonstrating competence in managing diverse mental health conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, showcasing an aptitude for building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
