Work Environment

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist at Amedisys Physical Therapy, you will work on-site in our outpatient office located in vibrant West Palm Beach. Your work environment will be dynamic, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, potentially including variable weekends to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to assess functional limitations and disabilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and goals based on the individual needs of each patient.
• Implement treatment plans and techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, providing consultations to healthcare providers regarding a patient's continuum of care.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of assigned support staff, ensuring adherence to care standards and effective service delivery.
• Engage in community outreach and participate in marketing and program development to advance the facility's growth and public visibility.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with all applicable laws and professional standards, submitting charges for services rendered.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
