About the Role Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is currently seeking the right person to join our team as an Executive Chef! High school diploma or equivalent; degree in culinary arts or related field preferred. At least five years’ experience as a food services director, manager, or chef with leadership responsibilities in a similar environment, with demonstrated success in running a profitable kitchen and managing a team of kitchen staff. Knowledgeable in the use of computers, including MS Excel and Outlook. Valid food handler's card and willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification. Ability to work varied schedules in response to business needs and willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds and stay on your feet for long periods. Knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with residents, family members, visitors, and team members.
