Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient mobility, strength, and functional capabilities, utilizing various diagnostic tools and assessment methodologies.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans that are data-driven and tailored to address specific patient goals, ensuring that each plan considers the patient's unique medical history and lifestyle.
• Engage in continuous monitoring of patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physical therapy assistants, and occupational therapists, to create a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Qualifications
