About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Technology Operations to play a pivotal role in the evolution of pharmacy economics. This strategic position is focused on translating business priorities into scalable technology, product, data, and operational solutions. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the CIO/CTO, leading a team that is responsible for business solution architecture, platform roadmaps, product delivery alignment, and cross-functional execution. The role demands a leader with a strong background in technology and business architecture, particularly within the healthcare payer industry, and a proven ability to drive the development and implementation of technology strategies that support business models in medical claims cost management. As the VP of Technology Operations, you will be at the forefront of the company's mission to modernize the platform and ensure it meets the evolving needs of clients. The role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on both shaping the technological direction and leading a cross-functional team to execute on that vision. Key responsibilities include technology leadership, product delivery, team development, and collaboration with functional and cross-organizational leaders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree being a plus, and at least 10 years of experience in the industry. A strong command of the healthcare payer market, medical claims cost management, and a track record of scaling technology operations are essential. The role is suited to a professional who is comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, and is adept at managing ambiguity, driving innovation, and building real cross-functional relationships.
