This role is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to provide therapy from a home office setup. Interactions with clients will primarily occur through video calls, telephone sessions, and online messaging. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and insightful individual therapy sessions focused on addressing behavioral health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and related issues.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to each client’s distinct needs, preferences, and objectives.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and therapeutic interventions, following best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our target clientele consists primarily of young adults and adolescents who are navigating various life transition challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
