Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain a trusting rapport with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Regularly consult with clients, provide ongoing counseling, and modify treatment plans as necessary to adapt to their evolving needs.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license is essential for this position.

• Educational background including a Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic theories and application of evidence-based practices is required, especially in terms of substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic skills, coupled with the ability to inspire and motivate clients towards positive change.

Compensation and Benefits\n
