Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly one-on-one supervision to practicum students pursuing their clinical licensure, offering guidance on case management, therapeutic techniques, and professional development.

• Deliver empathetic and effective psychotherapy services tailored to individuals, couples, and families navigating varied mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment options for clients, including referrals to community resources when necessary.

• Contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans based on client needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches and ongoing assessments.

• Maintain detailed documentation and accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from the Inglewood community and beyond. Our population reflects various backgrounds and mental health concerns, providing you the opportunity to engage with a wide array of therapeutic modalities and approaches. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating meaningful progress for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid California license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Current professional liability insurance.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000.
