Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services through the development and implementation of individualized, person-centered, recovery-based treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs.

• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the treatment needs and progress of clients, ensuring that care plans remain relevant and effective.

• Assist in devising, monitoring, and executing individual service plans, utilizing best practices in mental health counseling.

• Facilitate skill-building sessions to help clients develop coping mechanisms, problem-solving, and effective communication skills to better navigate daily challenges.

• Educate clients about community resources, acting as an advocate to connect them with necessary services, and collaborating with other local mental health providers when needed.

Your primary focus will be on supporting adults who are experiencing mental health challenges that impact their ability to maintain stability and independence within the community. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid state license from the appropriate state board, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating professional integrity and a commitment to high standards of client care.

• No disciplinary actions associated with your license, ensuring a clear record of professional conduct.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a compassionate nature that enables effective communication with clients and their families.

• Proficiency in computer skills and access to reliable Wi-Fi for telehealth sessions.

• Previous work experience providing direct clinical services to individuals facing mental health challenges.
