Work Environment\n

This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing you to manage your practice from the comfort of your home while reaching out to patients via telehealth platforms. Our work setting encourages flexibility, enabling you to adapt to patient needs while maintaining your work-life balance. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential for some flexible hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to build an in-depth understanding of patients’ unique experiences, subsequently developing customized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient, integrating considerations of their cultural and personal backgrounds.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to effectively address mental health concerns while promoting resilience and overall well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the coordination of comprehensive care across disciplines.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness to urgent patient needs.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to enhance patient understanding and advocacy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or a related field.

• Relevant clinical experience in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and intervention best practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
