Business Development Representative

Gradient Insurance Brokerage, LLC

Along the way, youll receive coaching, training, and real-world exposure to the financial services industry.

Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Gradient Insurance Brokerage, which offers fixed annuities and life insurance solutions.

This role will start on July 20th, 2026.

What Youll Do

Meet monthly recruiting expectations through proactive outbound outreach
Meet monthly activity goals, including high-volume phone outreach and performance metrics
Attend all required training events
Register Financial Services Professionals for training events
Perform all other duties as assigned

What you Bring

High School Diploma or GED Required
Previous customer service experience Preferred
Previous financial services industry experience Preferred
Basic knowledge of annuities, insurance, securities, and investment advisory products and services - Preferred
Grit and a coachable attitude
Proficient organizational skills
