The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting daily office operations through effective scheduling, data management, and communication. This position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of coordinating meetings and providing excellent customer support to ensure smooth organizational workflow.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and calendar appointments
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials
  • Provide customer support and handle inquiries

 

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in administrative support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Effective written communication skills
  • Good organization and time management
