Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while still being a part of our collaborative team. You will engage with clients in an outpatient setting, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to their unique needs, utilizing telehealth tools and digital platforms for effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions with practicum students in their Master's programs who are aiming to obtain clinical licensure.

• Provide tailored psychotherapy services to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals and community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans.
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate client records and documentation as per regulatory requirements, ensuring all information is up-to-date and confidential.

• Continuously update knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in the field of mental health, actively participating in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A valid professional license in Washington State (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.

• A Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or a related field is essential.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for uncapped earnings through bonus structures.
