Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples, individuals, and families while providing a safe environment for discussion.

• Address a range of issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, physical and psychological trauma, grief, family conflicts, and communication barriers.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused approaches to support client progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and communications in accordance with clinic policies.
\n
• Participate in supervision meetings and professional development workshops to keep abreast of best practices in the field.

You will primarily work with a diverse population comprising adults, adolescents, and families facing various challenges. Your focus will be on enhancing communication, navigating relationship dynamics, and fostering resilience throughout the therapeutic process. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Empathetic and nonjudgmental approach toward clients, demonstrating a commitment to understanding their experiences.

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills for balancing multiple client needs and administrative tasks effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
