Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine their developmental needs and challenges.
\n
• Actively participate in the formulation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) by collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members.
\n
• Monitor and document progress towards goals identified in the IFSPs, ensuring cohesive teamwork and effective interventions.
\n
• Provide emotional and practical support to families, helping them navigate the complexities of their child’s development and available resources.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations, maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice in social work.
\n
• Build strong relationships with children and their families to foster trust and create a positive therapeutic environment.
\n
• Deliver guidance and support in a way that aligns with Natural Learning Environment Practices, ensuring authentic learning experiences for children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be focusing on a sensitive population: infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. Your expertise in early intervention provides these children with the essential support for developing critical skills in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication. By working closely with families, you will promote strategies that enable growth and foster a supportive community around each child.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for accessing clients in various locations, although the role primarily involves remote work.

• Demonstrated ability to connect with and adapt strategies to fit varying learning styles of children.
\n
• Strong background in early intervention, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with children and families.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with children within a hospice or end-of-life care context is advantageous.

• Knowledge of community resources for families with young children facing developmental challenges.

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
