Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and other modalities appropriate for your client population.

• Develop strong therapeutic relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and intervention strategies to help them navigate challenges.

• Offer education and resources to clients and their families regarding coping strategies, community resources, and mental health awareness.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss treatment strategies, share insights, and continuously improve patient care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure continuity of care and compliance with medical regulations.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment and community resources to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients from various backgrounds facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clients often come from underserved communities, so cultural competence and sensitivity are essential in addressing their unique needs and fostering meaningful therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in New Jersey, reflecting your ability to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
