Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy, to guide therapeutic sessions.

• Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans that encompass specific goals and interventions, ensuring client-centered care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals, to organize and coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Deliver crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as necessary to ensure client safety and welfare.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that foster community and shared experiences among clients.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our outpatient clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals of all ages who face various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
