This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through virtual platforms. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes therapists, medical professionals, and support staff, all working together to provide comprehensive care for our clients. Our flexible scheduling options ensure a healthy work-life balance, with working hours primarily from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, which allows you to maintain a structured yet adaptable routine.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ emotional and mental health, developing personalized treatment plans with specific, measurable goals.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, managing complex cases to ensure clients receive immediate support and resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with clinic policies and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses within the hospice setting, to ensure holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• An active Tennessee LCSW license or license-eligible status within 90 days of hire.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
