About the Role

\n

VRIZE is seeking a Product Manager – OMS & Fulfillment / Post-Purchase to support an enterprise retail client. In this role, you will own the product roadmap for Order Management, Fulfillment, and Post-Purchase experiences, partnering cross-functionally with business stakeholders, engineering, and UX to deliver high-quality digital experiences that drive business value and customer success.

The ideal candidate has strong product management experience, a customer-first mindset, and hands-on retail eCommerce experience across OMS, Fulfillment, and Post-Purchase capabilities. You should be comfortable managing products from discovery through delivery while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Build and own the product roadmap for OMS, Fulfillment, and Post-Purchase experiences.
\n
• Lead product discovery initiatives and gather customer and stakeholder feedback to define product requirements.
\n
• Prioritize and groom the product backlog to align with business objectives.
\n
• Drive product development by partnering with engineering and UX to solve problems and optimize products.
\n
• Guide product features and requirements while making product-level decisions.
\n
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, and UX teams to align on requirements and design decisions.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve the post-purchase customer journey and supporting order and fulfillment experiences.
\n
• Produce documentation that supports productive discussions and informed decision-making.
\n
• Ensure operational readiness by partnering on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training plans, use cases, and stakeholder enablement.
\n
• Define and own the customer experience (CX) for assigned products.
\n
• Measure product performance and drive successful product delivery.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role.
\n
• Strong retail eCommerce experience.
\n
• Hands-on product experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), Fulfillment, and/or Post-Purchase experiences .
\n
• Experience partnering with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
\n
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Adobe Analytics, Asana, or similar tools.
\n
• AEO/Agentic Commerce experience or knowledge is a plus.
\n
