Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses

About The Edge Funder\n

The Edge Funder is an established, profitable futures proprietary trading firm currently generating approximately $3.8 million in annualized revenue.

\n

We're looking for an experienced Head of Growth & Marketing to take full ownership of our marketing operations and help scale the business to its next stage of growth.

\n

This isn't a position where you'll simply manage a few marketing campaigns. We're looking for someone who understands what drives customer acquisition, knows how to generate profitable revenue growth, and can build and execute a marketing strategy from the ground up.

\n

You'll work directly with the founder, have meaningful ownership over marketing decisions, and have the opportunity to build a marketing team as the business grows.

What You'll Be Responsible For\n

• Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition, revenue, and profitability.
\n
• Plan, launch, and optimize promotional campaigns across our marketing channels.
\n
• Grow and manage our affiliate and influencer marketing programs.
\n
• Develop relationships with trading influencers, educators, communities, and strategic partners.
\n
• Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive new purchases and customer retention.
\n
• Develop and oversee paid advertising campaigns where platform policies permit.
\n
• Improve website conversion rates, landing pages, and customer acquisition funnels.
\n
• Analyze marketing performance, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
\n
• Identify new customer acquisition channels and test growth opportunities.
\n
• Coordinate designers, editors, agencies, and other marketing contractors.
\n
• Build and lead an internal marketing team as the company expands.
\n

Who We're Looking For\n

We're looking for a proven marketing operator who has personally helped grow a company and can demonstrate measurable results.

\n

Ideal candidates will have:

\n

\n
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketing leadership.
\n
• Previous experience at a futures prop firm, trading platform, fintech company, or similar consumer-focused business.
\n
• A proven track record of increasing customer acquisition and revenue.
\n
• Strong experience with affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
\n
• Experience with email marketing, conversion optimization, and customer retention.
\n
• The ability to manage budgets and make decisions based on customer acquisition costs and profitability.
\n
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
\n
• The ability to personally execute campaigns without requiring an established marketing team.
\n

Direct experience growing a futures prop firm is highly preferred.

Compensation\n

Base Salary: $120,000-$150,000 annually, depending on experience.
